That’s what C.C. said
Salutations, while mellow is busy working like mad for the upcoming mellow space redesign I’ve made an effort to write an epic post depicting some key points in Code Geass R2. Regarding Lelouch I’ll follow the rule that suggests that every geass character (except Rivalz) has 2 lives, and at least one of these will be used through the series. I was expecting Sunrise to throw up something like a new Geass user out of nowhere and then hang up the series until who knows when, but surprised to say the Final Turn really wraped things up and tied most of the loose ends.
Looking at geass from a general point of view both seasons were great, that is of course if you manage to forgive some flaws, for example a ridiculous amount of deux ex machina throughout the series that generated the most improbable scenarios you would’ve though of, here some of the more recent ones:
Suzaku had been famous for his lolzaku spins before, but this is off the charts. Considering the speed and precision he had it would’ve been possible for him to single-handedly kill the 3 pilots in the knightmare frames guarding Lelouch, one explanation for this though is the possibility that Lelouch had Geass’ed them before hand making their aim miss on purpose but that doesn’t explain the fact that he practically jumped over them.
This is from episode 24, the moment Lelouch confines Schneizel in Damocles and establishes a minute long conversation with him from a video recording of him predicting Schneizel’s reactions. This is mostly self-explanatory, it’s almost impossible to pull this kind of stunt but the command he gave him was well planned since Suzaku is to become Zero in the future, Schneizel will be under his command.
This also happened in episode 24, in the scene where Lelouch attempts to enter Damocles through the hole made in their shield in order to fire FLEIA. Using Nina’s invention they nulled FLEIA and succeded in breaking in, however in order for it to work Lelouch had to input the enviroment data 19 seconds before detonation then Suzaku had to proceed firing the anti-FLEIA in 0.04 seconds. They pulled this off too but seeing how they’ve come up with even more crazed situations this doesn’t look so far-fetched.
These are just to name a few, mostly taken from the latest episodes. I hope Sunrise takes a different route in Gundam 00 2nd Season, which starts on October 5 and just goes to show Sunrise knows no rest.

NO REST INDEED. AND YES I HAS KNOWLEDGE :D! See this show was way to fabulous for a mere mortal bunny like me. I’m all for solidly BASED ON SCIENCE shows like Kyouran Kazoku Nikki.
